Jim Salter@lattera on what platform? Calibre is a pretty decent choice on desktop or laptop. The reader I use on Android, Moon+ Reader. is free as in beer but not as in speech.
@lattera looks like your question was already answered, but just for posterity... It's kind of hard to search Google Play for open source apps, and I found one that's well reviewed but I couldn't find license information without searching GitHub. Anyway.
