I'm no attorney but the imposition of tariffs, a facially illegal tax, would absolutely fit the definition of the sort of government harm that is worthy of a preliminary injunction

Nothing at all brave or powerful actually happened at the Supreme Court yesterday, they were just apartisan enough to recognize words mean things and it wasn't a slam dunk imho not after Robert's Trump immunity ruling

They took the bold judicial decision that a law that never mentioned "tariffs" does not give Trump the unilateral power to set tariffs.

Kavanaugh basically argues that denying the #AmericanClownEmperor anything he wants will cause chaos, so let him do what he wants.

That's the kind of loyalty you only get from appointees that are 100% unfit. Trump owns him.
