...feeling #despair itself is not an error. it is merely an emotional reaction to the overwhelm of being overburdened for too long, without relief, support, or reasonable evidence it will end soon...often compounded by an increase of burdens and pressures, or issues to resolve.

...the true error we often make is a resignation to despair by adopting an acceptance that the "2much" we are facing is inevitable, unresolvable, and "must be tolerated"...this is not a solution, its #defeatism.

we must, instead, acknowledge that we are overwhelmed and our burdens are too much to bear...(realize its okay to just be human and not a superhero)...then cast off whatever does not serve our health and happiness, and seek loving help for that which we cannot carry alone.
