So a few months ago I started this new calisthenics program. Lots of pushups, among other things. Which is fine, except now that I’m packing for a hot-weather vacation, I find that most of my short-sleeve shirts no longer fit around my chest. This is both annoying and gratifying.

@jvschrag I recently a simple calisthenics programme [1], with similar results. Feels more gratifying than annoying though :)
