Pretty sure I've got a pinched nerve either in my neck or chest. Symptoms match up pretty closely with my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/22639-cervical-radiculopathy-pinched-nerve and somewhat with my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/17553-thoracic-outlet-syndrome-tos. Only extra things I notice is it causes a lot more muscle spasms too on my right arm. It began at the end of an overhead pressing session.

Been coming up on a week since it's started. Hoping it clears up soon. Especially cause it's worst at night laying on my side which is how I sleep. Guess I gotta ask the doctor too.
