(unfortunately it also turns out that my apache config didn't actually work and it just looked like it did because of browser cache or something, so my forgejo instance is currently broken. whoops.)

after a lot of fucking about with rewriterules i think there might just not be a way to get iocaine to work nicely with apache and i'm not about to move everything to a different webserver so i might have to use a different scraper blocking solution for now
