The U.S. Supreme Court dealt a major blow to President Trump’s trade agenda Friday, ruling the tariffs he issued as 'emergency powers' illegal. In a 6-3 decision, the court said Congress alone holds the power to tax in almost all circumstances.

I find the dissenting opinions interesting, particularly Cavanaugh's because that one shows how ignorant he is about the U.S. Constitution. It's not the purview of the courts to establish HOW any laws get implemented. That's the sole duty of the Congress to tell the President how any law gets executed and the President is oath-bound to faithfully execute what Congress passes into law, veto notwithstanding.
