'96 Toyota 4Runner with the v6, crank no start. When the key is in the ACC position the engine makes a constant clicking sound (in the video you can hear it.)

@Pappy Try it with a boost pack on the battery.

Weird things can happen when there is enough power to turn an engine over and make the dash light up but not enough to keep the ECU running in a continuous state.

@fxworks Nah, the battery turns the engine over strong. I think the crank sensor is bad. Testing this weekend. Not sure about the clicking. That's only happening when the key is on, not while it's cranking.
