Chris SmartI just received a scary letter dated FEB 13 from the #Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services informing me that my #ODSP payments are on hold because I did not provide proof of income for the previous month. Except I have a "thank you" message from my case worker dated FEB 3, for proof of income I submitted on JAN 30! I'm waiting for a call back to hopefully clear this up! Really hoping I don't have to appeal in writing!! 😟

@adam My case worker got back to me and said he has removed the hold on my file. But now he's asking "Could you please provide some verification regarding dividend, interest, and taxable gains or losses you have received?" I don't know what to tell him. I work very part-time for Fable, and get a dollar amount each month; no details beyond that.

@bmoore123 Oh, the letter from ODSP? It was on the Ontario "My Benefits" website. Poorly rendered, some missing spaces between words etc. Probably a bad PDF.
@VE3RWJ I always wondered how accessible that thing actually is. wonder if they follow their own regulations
@bmoore123 Under communications, you can follow a link to Messages to communicate with your case worker, but any messages listed are not links... just text in a table. You can tab to things and hit Enter to open them, but they aren't identified as any sort of control.
