T. Mohammad from GazaI found a bat on the sand today. I no nothing about them. Does any one could tell me what I am supposed to do to help this one?

A veterinarian told us once that only from a scratch one could get rabies. ๐ Do not touch the bat bare-handedโuse thick gloves or a cloth/towel if handling is unavoidable, but ideally call professionals like animal control or wildlife rehabilitation. Norore@MohammedHussein @nemo Bats are nocturnal animals, you may protect it from the sun, in obscurity, they often live in caves or holes on trees. If you have thick gloves or a towel to protect you from its reactions (bites or scratchs) that could infect you, you can try to put it under some fortune roof with some water in a cup. If you find some larvaes, may be you can try to offers it some meals, about 80% of bats are insectivorous.
