Jake just bought a 13 Mini with a broken screen so he could learn how to fit a new one because, Jake.
Aaaaand he succeeded. Battery and screen replaced, booted up first time. Clever git.
Spoiler alert: I got to sit down with Jake about his work and passion for fixing things and it will be at the end of tomorrow's #StroongeCast, so have a listen to that if you're interested. It was very enlightening.
Edit: Today's Friday so now it's out. Take a listen.

Well here it is then, our second longest podcast ever, and the last 15 minutes is Jake's interview. Check it out. Oh, and do follow @StroongeCast for more.

#StroongeCast E75: Don't Just Throw It Away https://youtu.be/dT3WRE0JjOs This week we discuss the idea behind overconsumption and what we can do as a society to combat it, even in small ways. From donating food and clothing to friends and family or charity, to reselling old electronics or paying someone to fix them if needed, there's at least one thing to try and better this planet we call home. Stay to the very end for a post-podcast chat about EWaste, electronics, fixing things and saving old products from just being dumped.
