The #Arizona state senate has a bill (SB 1635) trying to ban blowing whistles to alert the community to #ICE.

In case you were wondering whether the whistles are effective and important.

Nazis don't like them, so get thee a whistle! Better yet, find an Indivisible group on Mobilize.us that is distributing whistle kits with Know Your Rights information. You can help your city get ready in case you get invaded. You do not have to be on the front lines to help.

@MaryAustinBooks if that bill were to pass.. I can imagine lots of spontaneous whistle choirs breaking out in joyous song, for " no reason at all", why yes, it is normal that our choir members stand at intersections apart.. we dont want to damage our hearing now.do we?

If it even passes, I am sure it will go to the courts. This is clearly a violation of the First Amendment, as I believe you were getting at.
