I have an idea for a project, but hoping to get more info about what might already exist.

Are there any open source, completely community-driven, public data, CTI-like systems or platforms out there? I am not looking for a TIP, but something that focuses on aggregating sources and constructing complex relationships.

I don't have (m)any followers here yet, so boosts are appreciated.
