Lady Gygax stared at her friend's familiar. "I have been up in the old cemetary, communing with the dead. Ghosts have a lot to say. For example, MIldred gave me a lovely recipe for honey almond cakes."

"And are you going to try try it?"

"Tell me, Dear Bird," said the lich, "would you be interested in cakes cooked by the undead?"

The bird cocked its head. "Probably not."

"Exactly so."

@vanellopemint Now hang on! Lady Gygax was given a recipe, not actual baked goods. I make my great aunt's date-walnut bread recipe, she passed on over 30 years ago, so I am technically using a recipe from the dead. Doubly so since I got the recipe from my mother who also passed on a decade ago.
