@mcc I have the same issue with Samsung TV and the oficial dock. I read a lot of people talking about solutions like disable CEC, updates, insuficient power supply, wrong HDMI cable, turn on the deck unplugged... I have tried it all but the reality for me is that it works when it wants to.

Now I just restart with the dock plugged and it usually works in the first or second try.

@hipgnose we never had a problem until we got a new dock :(

@mcc I read a lot of similar complains with the official dock with samsung TVs when I was investigating the issue. I also have a ugreen usb hub that worked every time and makes me a little bit sad with this issue.

I hope you find a fix for your setup!

@[email protected] @[email protected] I have that kind of issue with a HP monitor. Sometimes the SteamDeck sees the screen, sometimes it does not.
