Murteza YesilDetroit: Become Human, a video game by the French game studio Quantic Dream, could not have been released at a better time (2019 on PC). It was released little over 3 years before the public release of ChatGPT, LLM chatbot by OpenAI.
Even though I know the game's story inside and out, I just went back to playing it for some reason. This time though the game appear to me as a more positive and hopeful take on our future with autonomous robots and artificial intelligence technologies.
I recommend this game. It is unfortunately very pricy. You may want to wait for a sale on Steam.
Most important tips I can give to new players:
1. Never go back on your decisions (or mistakes) in your first game. Go through the entire story to the end, even if your decisions lead to losing multiple main characters. Did you click the wrong button by accident which led to an outcome you didn't like? Then that is how the story played out for you, keep pushing forward, never backward.
2. Take the ingame survey. It will unlock towards the end of game.
