Hadn’t heard of it before now. I like Little Nightmares 1 and THQNordic but I remember some controversy over one of their recent titles misleading people on if it had cooperative or multiplayer?

From what I was on YouTube, it does seem to be multiplayer because there are 2 YouTubers names 8-bit Ryan and Dawko who seem to be playing together. Thats the only evidence I am aware of honestly. The game came out a few days ago on steam and it was made the original creators of Little Nightmares 1 and 2. Little nightmares 3 with probably the one you are referring to as it is not even cross platform or couch friendly and both users have to own a copy of the game. (which btw, best place to buy it is on steam to avoid needing to get ps plus/xbox gamepass)

Doesn’t seem out of the realm of possibility. There aren’t really any barriers to entry on Lemmy and astroturfing is easy.

True. But to what purpose? I wouldn’t waste a buck for ads on Lemmy. A majority of critical people (why else they’d be here?) are probably not the ideal demographic for cheap marketing manipulation.

It’s fine man, I just learned about lemmy and a lot of decentralized platforms because I’m tired of my data being taken and bloated with ads. I’m assuming lemmy will be a safe place.

It’s been years since I saw it, so my memories are vague and tinted, but they still exist. It’s, well, pretty much what you’d expect from a movie about killer sheep. I liked it at the time.

To me, it looks like Little Nightmares 3 with a “Fresh” coat of paint, if that paint was made in the same factory as LN3.

I liked the original Little Nightmares, tolerated 2, and 3 bored me enough to not finish it. This game seems to improve some aspects from LN3, but still misses the mark for me.

Each to to their own but I understand ur point. LN3 was made by Supermassive Games which is why most people disliked it as LN1 and LN2 were made by ThQNordic.

Both were made by Tarsier Studios, as is Reanimal. THQ Nordic is the parent company / publisher.
