I'm re-watching Bones for the first time since it came out. There really wasn't another crime procedural at the time that had as much heart, playfulness and humor. And that thing I am a real sucker for - a group of people that care about each other working together on a thing. I don't really care if it's solving crimes or fighting demons or running a hotel. They could be building fences for all I care. I just want the source of conflict to come primarily from outside the core group. It is very comforting to me!
