Watching someone build out the various Claude code project files and it struck me. These are instructions one should give any junior developer that wants to work on the code. They describe the architecture, desired aspects of design, applicable cautions and recommendations, etc, in fairly simple terms with clear references to examples.

Why the hell weren't we doing this for actual people before? Do we hate incoming tech folk THAT MUCH!?
