@siracusa Listening to Robot or Not. I think closed sandwiches are so popular in the Us because of your soft soggy bread. Here in Poland you only use closed sandwiches if they have to travel (say to take to school). Otherwise it's open-faced all the way. You can have one thing on them, or go crazy like the picture, but you eat it with your hands (no utensils).
@goc Looks good! But we do have plenty of "non-soggy" bread here. Even when not traveling, it's nice to be able to grab a sandwich from both sides and to not worry about tipping it over and having stuff slide off.
