equinox || the earth is still frozen and lying dormant beneath my feet, but the light has slowly started returning to sun cottage. I love the winter months, but in my heart I am longing for the first signs of life returning. therefore, I am very excited to show you the first part of the collection I’ve been working on these past months. the equinox collection is an homage to the first signs of spring. birds singing among the hedges and the first few flowers peeking up through the ice and dead grass. it is a sign of hope of things to come, and I think we all need that a little more than usual right now. these flowers, however, are not only pretty but also has a purpose. they are the perfect bookmarks for this time of year. you can both find your place while reading, and carry around a talisman of spring and light to reach for when things feel a little extra dark.
