Half-serious idea for a new law: Whenever there’s a button “not now”, there must also be a button “not ever“.

(I can literally feel how much tech companies don’t want us to say no. This has gotten much worse in recent years.)

@rauschma "Not now" is fine; it's a concise way to reassure someone that they can make another choice later in settings. "Ask me again later" as the only way to say no, however, is an insult to my autonomy.
