They just got approval from some of the Jean Sweeny connector work. Bike Walk Alameda should be happy.

Then we've got a bunch (we're on #4 so far) of speakers in favor of the Jean Sweeny community garden. I wonder how much of the issue is from the soil contamination.
A commissioner is asking if the garden is still on the priority list. (It is, per the presentation and the answer.)
He says everything is getting worked on, high and medium.
Q: what's the relationship between the aquatic center building and the garden funding? They have been separated to preserve garden funding. Coming out of the unallocated park funds.
Q: do trails have to be done first?

Commisioner Burney (I can see the name tag!) asking what the difference is between high and medium priority.
A: A low priority wouldn't be worked on at all. [Dang, what was listed as low???]
he'd be happy to move it to a high ranking.
