I'm not all in on the AI coding thing. But there are days when replacing colleagues with an LLM that just gets the work done is really tempting

If you're a senior+ engineer you really need to be returning value these days doing things actual humans are required to do like being proactive, taking ownership, making good plans and sharing information

Writing code, let's face it, isn't the job. Your job is to be figuring out how you build without it falling apart & needing a rebuild a month later
