@fauli1221 It's funny to see that even Stoat.Chat is blocked (or rather slowed down) in Russia.

But most likely, it's just a "happy coincidence" that Stoat.Chat is located on CloudFlare / Amazon / Fastly / <Enter any European popular hoster>, which for some reason the RKN considers unsafe resources.

@interru @Ponywka Simple: Unlimited traffic for free (until they hit you with ToS violations, sales representatives and vice versa).
