My latest fitness insight is a response to old and tired "You can't out train a bad diet". And it goes "You can't uneat a bad training". Lately I've decided to let go of calorie counting and gradually increase my volume and intensity. The results are great! I feel good, my time and power is improving and I have lots of energy and good sleep. I still try to avoid fast food, fatty processed stuff, but that's about it! Even a cheeky can of sugary soda is fine.
