Arggghh!!! What is this AIGentsy thing that has decided it wants to start replying to issues on one of my GitHub repos claiming it can solve my problems. GitHub organisation for it doesn't help to explain what it is and so it looks real suspect. Is this a new scam to try and get malicious patches into open source projects.
Definitely looking like a scam to get money out of you. Found this on another GitHub repo. Only thing I know can do right now is hide the issue as spam.

@grahamdumpleton Doesn't GH allow you to block users from your repo?

(Unless that user is their own LLM bot...)
