Eric Swalwell: A couple nights ago I met with a women who works at a grocery store and she said will you ask him, ‘when I get off my shift around midnight and I walk to my car, if somebody rolls up in an unidentified van and gets out wearing all black and their faces covered, and they don’t have identification, and they asked me to get into the van, how do I know who they are?’
