Tom MartinekAnyone an expert with Mac Folder Actions? I'm trying to rename a file from 'file name.md' to 'name.md' but the Rename Finder Items won't get rid of the leading space. I end up with a file called ' name.md'. I've tried replacing 'file\ ' with '' (no quotes) but that didn't work either. Any ideas? #Mac #folderActions #macos
Jan@mrfusion Now I tried to rename some files with space and without any quotes or backslashes and it worked like it should; using quotes did not worked, so my first post was not a good answer; I am still using Sequoia 15.7.3
