@prem_k Yes. I use a Neti pot with salts and also use grapefruit seed extract spray.
It has been really cold and dry. Normally when this happens it is related to my having eaten wheat (an odd allergy and reaction).
@vanderwal I do apply warm ghee drops when it's too dry
@prem_k Oh, interesting. I certainly have ghee around.
