I'm trying to be ok with using Apple Notes for things, since I have it everywhere already and with iCloud

but like... simple things like pasting without formatting aren't supported somehow

@david Found it! It's Command+Option+Shift+V, That pastes matching style (Without formatting)

@kitana I don't want to super um, actually this, but that also means that it'll match other formatting of the document, not explicitly stripping formatting.

Most of the time that is ok! But when it's not, it's frustrating
