I see. My base system is Bazzite / Fedora atm, so that's maybe why didn't find it.

on the roadmap, currently a deal breaker for me, but I really want to switch to cosmic!

Changing my input language from English to something else will make shortcuts containing letters (for example super+(h/j/k/l)) not work. Global keyboard shortcuts should not depend on the currently...
