Only people who have no idea about the history of the German Reich under the Nazis can believe that. Nowadays, this is called historical distortion and disinformation. It is a typical authoritarian rhetoric and fascist method of reversing or denying the truth. Perhaps reading Hannah Arendt will help to rethink and revise such false statements.
