@emily_rugburn 😂🤣 they try to automate my job, they've tried and tried, and it hasn't happened. Not if they want accreditation with NCQA for example. Their audits are extreme and having a real human look at all this stuff is important. What's ridiculous about the 'AI' lie everyone is buying into... there are still humans behind the scenes, sifting through everything, all the data, being paid next to nothing. It's all so gross and I kinda hate it. This isn't the future I wanted. Should've figured, really, though haha ughhh
