Ratio at pre-pandemic levels, been flat for over a year American employees experiencing record high job security for 5 years. In 2 decades pre-pandemic, the lowest share of employees fired in a month was 1.1%, happened 2% of months. Since Jan 2021, share has been at or below 1.1% in 97% of months
