@SeaFury While listening to a Calexico-based mix, I came across an artist named Andrew Bird. I haven't had a chance to check their back catalogue, but might be worth a try? Could be a bit more lively than what you are seeking.

From our many #AccordionBandcamp recommendations one artist who comes to mind is Belgian artist/composer Sara Salverius

Her two recordings are rich and extremely moving

Sometimes similar to ambient, other times classical organ music or folk melodies

There’s some variety. But mostly might fit what you’re looking for

Yara Asmar from Beirut is another, more experimental perhaps, artist I look forward to all her releases

Very hard to know which to recommend, especially since you can only sample a few tracks

The newest record is I think less melodic / more reaching as she’s left home for America in what can only be troubling times
