I hope that this will just be unique to this server (and mastodon.online) and not across all of Mastodon. I enjoy browsing the live feeds of servers like Photog.social (https://photog.social/public/local) and Photodn.net (https://photodn.net/public/local) to check out photography from people I haven't started following yet on Pixelfed.
