@Pinchy63 There was an old Outer Limits episode based on a George R R Martin story called SandKings in which tiny antlike creatures trapped in an aquarium of sand try to appease their cruel captor Beau Bridges by building a likeness of his face as a god out of sand that fills the whole aquarium. Eventually of course they escape and eat him.
