This is generally translated as something like "you shall not lie with a man as you do with a woman; it's an abomination". the exact wording varies, but that's the gist. now, this doesn't seem to prohibit a lot. to be fair, we DID get a lot of this (https://oukosher.org/the-kosher-primer/) from "if you boil a young goat, don't do it in its mom's milk". 1/?

In Mishnah Keritot it is said that male-male sex gets you karet [it's complicated but tl;dr the worst punishment in judaism]. bad, right?
here are some other things that get you karet: not observing shabbat (basically no christians observe the laws: https://www.ou.org/holidays/the_thirty_nine_categories_of_sabbath_work_prohibited_by_law/), someone who eats leavened bread on pesach, someone who eats on yom kippur.
