just sat down at my desk, tapped my mouse a few times to wake my computer, and wondered why my screen was still dark

it was then i looked down to discover my laptop was, in fact, still in a different room entirely, where i’d left it

@beep at least it was in another room, not before your eyes yet invisible to your brain. Which happens to me more than it should.
