Wake up. Look out the window: rain, low cloud, grey, windy. Can't see the Sidlaws (haven't seen them for weeks it seems). After breakfast, fleeces and waterproof coats on dogs, humans layer up finishing with full waterproofs and wellies. Decide which wet, muddy, route to take the dogs. Splash through ponds on the paths. Look for signs of spring - snowdrops and catkins. Dogs sniff out rabbit and/or squirrel scents.
