Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc. plans to postpone the restart scheduled for Tuesday of the No. 6 reactor at its Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear plant in Niigata Prefecture, central Japan, sources familiar with the matter said Monday.
