@IBIKEDublin Scramblers (unregistered dirt bikes, or trails bikes, to non-Irish readers) are ALREADY illegal on the roads.
Making something illegal more illegal doesn't solve the problem. The problem is lack of enforcement.
@IBIKEDublin did they even take a look, how it worked out in australia?
They reduced injuries by 50% while cycling decreased by 30%.
So only marginal gains per driven kilometer
