As someone not well versed with 4chan, what is POL?

Basically where all their politics came from and pretty much the birth place of MAGA bros, Groypers, QAnon, etc. The stuff that infests main stream social media today all started on 4chan back in 2015. If bots got Trump elected, it all started with 4chan. It was basically ground zero for the state of the internet now and current. Subreddits on Reddit like r/The_Donald would have never existed without 4chan starting the memes and trends. There was always a joke back in the day with the cycle of memes on the internet. 4chan -> Reddit -> Twitter -> Facebook.
