@bugcounter Here's a post that got me very confused and I dug into comments to see what I was missing. The process I've heard you and Ben describe is what I was taught as a white kid and assumed that's what the studies were about.

The comments on this post introduced me to a different process and wonder if there are studies on that vs the rinsing in the sink I grew up with. Suitable topic for FST maybe?
