I wanted to make a correction. The barking isn’t a High Conga at all, it's a High Cuíca. The cuíca, the "squeaky drum" that gives Brazilian samba its voice! 🇧🇷 This unique friction instrument uses a damp cloth to rub an internal bamboo rod, producing high-pitched, vocal-like squeals and growls.
