Ben Hutchings@marcohackney @chasalin I think that's in part an abuse of the Posted Worker directive. The employer pretends that these workers are only temporarily posted to the Netherlands and that their normal place of work is in another country with lower employment rights and wages
That's definitely part of it. Plus that the workers don't know their rights and agree to a lot of things because it's better than no job at all.
