Browsers: I know they're Chromium, but options like Vivaldi and (reluctantly) Brave aren't half bad.

Android: Drop Calyx, its not actively being developed right now and is more of a security hazard than anything.
Maps: HEREWeGo (HERE Maps) is honestly pretty alright.

@HalleAndert It depends on your needs. If you want security and privacy, LibreWolf and Mullvad are for you. If you want anonymity, Tor Browser is an ideal choice. If you want freedom, you may consider rebranded versions of Firefox such as Iceweasel and GNU IceCat. If you just want usability, go for Firefox or Chromium.
@rebel1725 Firefox and all its offshoots are not truly independent. They are heavily dependent on financial support from Google.
The only browser company I can fully trust based on its philosophy is VIVALDI Technologies, and I know many team members who used to work at Opera Software.
@HalleAndert If you wanna rather trust a fucking big brother who don't want to disclose their nasty source code and instead spying on you go use that fucking browser ahead 🙃
@HalleAndert Additionally, Opera, what they have mentioned, is proprietary too, and should be avoided.
