Quick note: please be mindful when leaving negative reviews on Steam as they can heavily impact a game's score. If you have questions or need support, reviews aren't the best place. Opening a discussion thread helps everyone. Reviews are best kept for sharing your experience!
@kenney also! Please dont leave negative reviews just to be funny, steam does reward "funny" reviews but it still takes them into account when recommending games to other people and changes the rating for when people look into them
@kenney it always upsets me when I see a negative review thats like "barely played" with 5000 hours just to be ironic
@kenney
rather offtopic:
I would "review" (as in rate) more games if I could just give a rating.

i never know what to write. its mostly "yes I like this" or "no I don't like this". so in the end, I am not rating at all.

@kenney Most negative reviews I give are related to useability/accessability, like no rebinds possible for keyboard and movement hardcoded to wasd...

I even recently created a group for rating those... I'm interested in a fanatical promotion but I'm not sure I'll be able to play those. I've let the question beind on the respective forums but the devs are not necessarily checking those...

@kenney - I think about this all the time. It’s like double important for small games. The stranglehold “The algorithm ™ ®” has over creative work is bonkers. “The algorithm ™ ®” also lacks nuance or complexity, just the binary of good and bad which creates a totally unfair and kinda arbitrary reduction of how games get viewed and talked about. It’s also weird a thumbs down does more harm than a thumbs up does help.
