Did the X-border 10k today. This sounds more exciting than the reality, which is a race from an industrial park 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 near Carlisle to a shopping outlet in Gretna 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 alongside the M6.

@chrisdavidmills it was fun if you like that sort of thing. Truck drivers on the M6 keep cheerfully beeping at us (we were on a B-road that was right alongside the motorway at times). There was also a whole business of getting over 2000 runners on coaches to take us to the start, which I'm amazed happened so smoothly.
